V-BANK AIR FILTERS

V-Bank, or V-Style, or FP filters were first designed in Eurpoe for demanding fine dust applications in high-cost energy environments. The ‘V’ design (available in both 2V and 4V designs) provides significantly more surface area than a standard box filter or bag filter, reducing the overall pressure drop in the system and extending filter life. V-Bank filters are manufactured in a double header frame and are relatively lightweight when compared to the overall capacity of the product. Both features make for easy installation and a popular product among maintenance personnel.

V-Bank filters are typically installed in built-up filter banks, rooftops, split systems and free-standing installations. They are a very flexible filter style, able to handle nearly all type of unusual environments: 100% humidity, turbulent air flow, intermittent water exposure, fan shutdown, desert or marine environments. This adaptability is what makes the V-Banks a popular choice for many demanding industrial applications.
