ENGINE FILTRATION

FUEL-WATER SEPARATOR FILTERS

Water removal is typically done in the primary (i.e. first) stage of fuel filtration, on the fuel line prior to entering the engine, using a specialized coalescing fuel/water separator media. This media is not only designed to remove water, it is a first line of defense against harmful particulate found in the fuel line, making it a critical component of a high-functioning diesel engine. The effective removal of water in the primary stage of fuel filtration is critical to protect expensive injection tips, and maintain efficient combustion in today’s high pressure engines.

We have a huge range of replacement fuel-water separator elements, designed to fit any fuel-water separator housing or assembly. Replacement filters are either cartridge style for larger, industrial housings, or spin-on canisters for smaller, lower flow applications.
