WATER – INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

RESIN BONDED CARTRIDGES

Resin bonded cartridges are specialty filters designed for challenging filtration applications. They are most often used to filter particulate from highly viscous fluids, but they are also a good match with high temperatures, and are compatible with a range of fluid chemistries. This makes them a good choice when filtering particulate from paints and inks, and as it relates to industrial water, it can be used for emulsions found in process water streams.

Our resin bonded cartridges use extra long acrylic fibers to resist breakage and fiber migration more common with inferior cartridges. Further, they offer a wide range of micron ratings, provide exceptionally long life, and are built to withstand very high differential pressures.
