COMPRESSED AIR FILTRATION

COALESCING ELEMENTS

As compressed air cools and condenses, the coalescing element does dual duty to collect water through a coalescing process, as well as removing solid contaminants from the air line. Sizing and efficiency are matched to the original equipment, and often operate at very high efficiencies – up to 99.99% removal of .01 micron particles and droplets. A properly matched coalescing element is critical to the quality of downstream air, and ultimately, the performance and longevity of downstream tools.
