FILTER BAG HOUSINGS/VESSELS

Bag filter housings (or vessels) are used for a variety of applications and fluids, offering a low-cost alternative to remove solids from liquids. They are available in a range of sizes and flow rates, and they are often run in series to allow multi-stage filtration at declining micron ratings. We stock and sell a variety of vessels of different sizes and material constructions, and can replace any of the original parts, ensuring your product lasts for years of effective operation.

Construction Materials: Carbon Steel, 304/316 Stainless Steel, PVC, ASME Code Stamping Available
Sizing: Single round (i.e. fits 1 bag filter), multi-round (accommodating up to 24 bag filters)
Most Common Sizes Include:
– P1 (fits 7″ x 16.5″ bag filters)
– P2 (fits 7″ x 32″ bag filters)
– P3 (fits 4″ x 8″ bag filters)
– P4 (fits 4″ x 14″ bag filters)
All other sizes available including custom sizes
Inlets/Outlets: Ranging from 2″ NPT or Flanged up to 12″ NPT or Flanged, top/side inlets, bottom/side outlets
Flow Rate: up to 150GPM per bag
Available Options: DP Gauges, Custom Baskets, Eyebolt Sets, Omega Springs, Displacement Balloons, Replaceable o-rings, Magnetic Inserts
