The VL090 is a premium grade, dual stage filter media designed for environments requiring higher levels of arrestance efficiency. The VL090 replaces lower grade polyester media, fiberglass, disposable, and pleated filters. Available in 1" thicknesses; 90' length rolls.

The Aerostar HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter is constructed with a 16 gauge galvanized or stainless steel frame with a continuous band of media pleated over corrugated aluminum separators. The interlocking frame design and sealant allows unobstructed airflow in an easy to handle design. Available in 11.5" depth.

The Aerostar Class I Extended Surface Pleated filters and elements incorporate an ultra-fine fiberglass media available in 40% nominal efficiencies. The media is bonded to a metal grid on the air leaving side, preventing fluttering and maintaining uniformity of the pleats. Available in 2" thicknesses.
The Aerostar Class I Extended Surface Pleated filters and elements incorporate an ultra-fine fiberglass media available in 60% nominal efficiencies. The high capacity version has 50% more media than the standard capacity and has a longer service life. Available in 2" thicknesses.

The Aerostar SoniQ Pocket filter is constructed with a moisture-resistant, ultrasonically welded media. The ultrasonic welding process produces a product that has no holes in the media and provides a substantial increase in effective surface area.

The Fiberglass Rigid Cell is a rigid, extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter. Its high loft ultra-fine fiberglass media provides excellent dust holding capacity and, coupled with its rigid construction, virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream.
